Wind turbine plan questioned over environmental damage

Taipei, Aug. 22 (CNA) Eco-friendly activists questioned Tuesday a plan by the Changhua County Government to install 240 wind turbines along the coast, citing concerns over the machines’ potential to damage the natural environment.
