Invenergy’s contract provides for 233 of GE’s 1.5 MW SLE model wind turbines for delivery in the second half of 2006.

Earlier in 2005, Invenergy Wind successfully financed and commenced
construction on three wind energy projects totaling 260 MW and has
aggressively expanded its wind energy development pipeline in North America
and Europe. Invenergy’s 135 MW Judith Gap project located in Montana, 65 MW
Wolverine Creek project located in Idaho, and 60 MW Spring Canyon project
located in Colorado all commenced construction in 2005 and are scheduled for
commercial operation within the next three months. These projects also
utilize GE’s 1.5 MW wind turbines. In 2004, Invenergy Wind constructed and
placed in commercial operation its 27 MW Buffalo Mountain wind project in
Tennessee utilizing the Vestas V80 1.8 MW wind turbines.
