Thorough study of the potential issues with installing industrial wind turbines in the town of Stafford, N.Y.
Among the many recommendations are the noise regulations recommended by the World Health Organization: limits of 55 dBA in public places of recreation and relaxation (i.e., parks and playgrounds) and 45 dBA outside and 30 dBA inside neighboring residences.
