EPRI reported that the ridgeline facility in Searsburg, Vermont, produced no electricity at all – not even a trickle – almost 40% of the time: “On average, the Searsburg turbines generate electricity more than 60% of the time. … Individual turbines generated electricity 51% to 75% of the time during the third year, and from 45% to 77% of the time during the second year.
