Make Yorkshire Wolds AONB e-Petition
The Yorkshire Wolds is currently under threat from the Wind Farm Industry. Applications to build major commercial developments are spreading across the Wolds at an alarming rate and threaten to devalue this valued landscape. Here at the No to Wolds Wind Farm Group we already consider this area an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty (AONB) but it has yet to be officially recognised as such. The Lincolnshire Wolds already benefits from this protection so why not the Yorkshire Wolds? Please . . .

Petition to establish a minimum distance of 2kms between wind farms and places of habitation
We the undersigned petition the Prime Minister to bring English law in line to that in Scotland for a minimum distance of 2kms between wind farms and places of habitation. petitions.number10.gov.uk/stopwindfarms The effects of wind turbines situated closer than 2kms on the health, wellbeing and quality of life are now becoming apparent all over the world.
