Thought you would like to know that as a result of the wind industry coming into NW Oklahoma, the Lesser Prairie Chicken will most likely be listed as endangered.
Smoky Hills Wind Farm Phase 1
It is difficult to comprehend the magnitude of the destruction to native prairie and the size of the project. There are going to be 56 turbines on this the first high ridge line.
