Pioneer Green Energy proposes a wind project in Greene Township, Erie County ,PA. Landowners meeting is scheduled for July 30th 6:30 pm at the township building on Tate Road to discuss the lease offerings they have received. A rep from their current project in North East PA will be on hand to answer questions. This project would be near Siegel Marsh where last this writer knew, two bald eagle were nesting.
