Elephant metaphor may be accurate for wind farm
Anyone attending Tuesday’s industrial wind turbine complex meeting will immediately see the Shelby Daily Globe’s accuracy when it recently compared wind energy to an elephant.
I can visualize the large landowners and out-of-state developers riding high on the back of the elephant while the small landholders, the taxpayer and the electric consumer are squashed between its toes.
