No turbines on our hills
NPower says a survey in the Swansea area produced a massive support for renewable energy — 92 per cent in favour. I too would have been in favour and supported this survey, however, had I been asked “Do you support covering your hillsides with 427ft wind turbines to provide renewable energy?” I would not be in favour.
I urge everyone to contact their councillors and MP’s and object to NPower’s application to build the biggest wind turbines on Mynydd y Gwair.
