WITI-TV — Even a child playing with a kite or a pinwheel realizes the strength of a strong breeze. Harnessing the wind to power homes is no longer something that will happen in Wisconsin, it’s happening now. FOX 6’s Ted Perry’tells you there’s also controversy blowing in the wind.
