Company who wants to build the turbines. Chris Craft and Joe Smith are<br />
two of the St. Lucie County Commissioners, and Anderson is county manager. It was Chris Craft&#8217;s idea that not only should the county let FPL put turbines on its own land, but they should use the public parks as well. [At the end of a meeting on Mar. 4, 2008, Craft stated that he is now against erecting wind turbines on Hutchinson Island.]</p>
