There is a new organisation of concerned residents and landowners from the Keyneton, Eden Valley and Cambrai districts of South Australia. This group has been formed in response to a 57 turbine wind “farm” planned for the area. We have formed The Eastern Mount Lofty Ranges Landscape Guardians whose primary task is to ensure that all those that will be affected by the Keyneton and Eden Valley wind “farm” will have the full picture of the personal and environmental consequences. . . .

‘David and Goliath’ legal challenge underway against the global wind industry
The international wind industry will face one of its biggest challenges beginning on February 1, 2011. Canada will be at the centre of a legal battle of global proportions. In response to a recent approval of an industrial wind development, an appeal has been submitted to a Tribunal (ERT). The appeal is based chiefly on the issue of serious harm to human health from noise and low-frequency sound.
