Petition to establish a minimum distance of 2kms between wind farms and places of habitation

We the undersigned petition the Prime Minister to bring English law in line to that in Scotland for a minimum distance of 2kms between wind farms and places of habitation.

    petitions.number10.gov.uk/stopwindfarms

The effects of wind turbines situated closer than 2kms on the health, wellbeing and quality of life are now becoming apparent all over the world. No minimum distances for these developments exist in England. In Scotland a minimum distance of 2kms is in place. Currently developments in England are being proposed down to 400 meters of properties. This cannot be acceptable.
